Sales Operations / Inside Sales Specialist(f/m/d)

In this position you ad the team are responsible for all inside sales processes.

Your tasks

• Ensuring smooth communication, internally and with external partners

• Ensuring smooth operations in the office and in the production facility in Kirchheimbolanden

• Supporting the production in all administrative matters

• Supporting the purchasing (including inventory monitoring and order administration)

• Invoicing in Kirchheimbolanden and for the Swiss parent company

Processing incoming invoices in Kirchheimbolanden and for the Swiss parent company

• Coordinating appointments for internal and external meetings and events

• Coordinating internal and external correspondence

What you should bring

• You have completed training as an office clerk (or comparable)

• You have an affinity for digitalization and enjoy working with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace

• Experience in dealing with international partners (Customers, supplers, sister companies)

• Experience with ERP systems and payment processing

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
