Team Leader Production (f/m/d)
As production team leader you will be responsible for the organization and planning of our production on two digital printing lines and a team of approximately 15 employees.
Your tasks
• You are an organization talent and ensure smooth operations (shift scheduling, production planning, general organization)
• You ensure the smooth execution of production orders and organize work preparation
• You ensure that all operational procedures in production are adhered to
• You are responsible for the continuous improvement of our internal production processes
What you should bring
• You have a qualified technical education, a digital affinity, and an interest in the printing industry
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the packaging or printing industry
• You have a strong digital affinity and are confident in using ERP systems and Excel
• You are fluent in written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage
